About the Role

Directive is seeking a talented Performance Marketing Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will create compelling visuals that drive performance across various digital marketing channels. As a Performance Marketing Designer, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' success by crafting designs that resonate with their target audiences.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce creative assets for performance-driven campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Develop motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising.
  • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications.
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to align designs with audience insights and campaign goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency while creatively adapting designs for different audience segments.
  • Implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely and Unbounce.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on performance-driven creative.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing and CRO Analytics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with heatmapping tools and user research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in marketing and design.
