People Partner - Remote Position at OBRIO
About the Role
We are looking for a People Partner to join our team at OBRIO, a leading product IT company. As a People Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace experience and helping us build a strong team. What You'll Do
- Implement modern HR approaches that scale our team and influence business results.
- Ensure employee engagement and motivation, creating a development-oriented environment.
- Drive changes through new HR projects and initiatives with real business impact.
- Participate in the full cycle of talent management processes: onboarding, performance reviews, retention, learning and development, one-on-ones, exit interviews, and analytics.
- Initiate and implement new HR approaches and projects that deliver business value.
- Regularly monitor employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Provide timely support to teams, resolve current issues, and consult leaders.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a product IT company.
- Successful experience in launching or optimizing HR processes and tools.
- Experience supporting large teams (100+ people) and working with various levels of specialists.
- Familiarity with one-on-ones, motivation and engagement approaches, and coaching tools.
- Effective conflict resolution skills, proactivity, and stress resilience.
- Track record of driving successful HR initiatives with real case studies.
- Understanding of HR metrics and their impact on key business indicators.
- A commitment to continuous learning and driving change.
Nice to Have
- Experience in employer branding and eNPS improvement.
- Knowledge of modern HR technologies and tools.
- Experience in the wellness and mental health space.
