  • Participate in the full cycle of talent management processes: onboarding, performance reviews, retention, learning and development, one-on-ones, exit interviews, and analytics.
  • Initiate and implement new HR approaches and projects that deliver business value.
  • Regularly monitor employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Provide timely support to teams, resolve current issues, and consult leaders.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a product IT company.
  • Successful experience in launching or optimizing HR processes and tools.
  • Experience supporting large teams (100+ people) and working with various levels of specialists.
  • Familiarity with one-on-ones, motivation and engagement approaches, and coaching tools.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills, proactivity, and stress resilience.
  • Track record of driving successful HR initiatives with real case studies.
  • Understanding of HR metrics and their impact on key business indicators.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and driving change.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in employer branding and eNPS improvement.
  • Knowledge of modern HR technologies and tools.
  • Experience in the wellness and mental health space.

What We Offer

  • Freedom in work format — the option to work from our offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Warsaw, or remotely, with support for comfortable conditions in three cities.
  • A strong growth environment — 75% of our team consists of middle and senior specialists, allowing you to grow quickly through challenging tasks and strong colleagues.
  • Support for physical and mental well-being — participation in the OBRIO Wellness Club or coverage for individual sports activities and Spiritual Allowance for your balance.
  • Time for recovery — 20 paid vacation days, unlimited sick leave, and the possibility of sabbatical leave.
  • Involvement in socially important initiatives — participation in charity projects, volunteering, and support for mobilized colleagues and their families.
  • Investments in your professional development — a separate budget for training, mentoring, and participation in top Ukrainian and international conferences.
