About the Role

We are seeking a People Operations Generalist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing employee engagement, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices. As a People Operations Generalist, you will contribute to creating a positive work environment that fosters diversity and inclusion.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
  • Implement and maintain HRIS systems, including ADP WorkforceNow and HiBob, to streamline HR operations.
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state regulations and HR best practices.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve HR processes and data management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in People Operations or HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS management and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with compliance and payroll administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
