People & Culture Partner - Remote HR Role
About the Role

We are currently seeking a People & Culture Partner to join our team remotely. In this role, you will provide guidance, counsel, and support to all levels of management and employees, ensuring that our HR initiatives align with company goals and foster a healthy organizational culture.
What You'll Do
- Reinforce cultural alignment within our HR initiatives including onboarding, communications, performance management, employee engagement, career development, policies, compliance, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Create and provide accurate documentation to other functions such as Benefits, Talent Operations, and Payroll in a timely manner.
- Partner with functional leaders across global locations to develop strategies for employee assessments, engagement, and performance management.
- Lead department communications for HR-related matters, including the development and delivery of training and briefing sessions on topics such as FMLA, sexual harassment, and FLSA.
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees and foster a positive working relationship and career path for teams, in keeping with our Cultural Values.
- Evaluate employee turnover and exit interview data, assisting management in recognizing trends and addressing issues.
- Actively identify gaps, propose, and implement changes necessary to cover any identified risks.
- Stay up to date on federal and multistate employment laws and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 8 years of HRBP or Generalist experience in a multi-state, global workforce.
- Demonstrated ability to provide customer service and support to internal and external contacts.
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations and regulations.
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.)
- Intermediate HR systems experience.
