People Business Partner - Product (Remote)

About the Role

At Fundraise Up, we are looking for a People Business Partner to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is crucial as we continue to innovate our fundraising platform, which is designed to provide the most convenient and efficient way for individuals to donate to non-profit organizations. As a People Business Partner, you will support our Product organization in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

What You'll Do

• Own core People Business Partner responsibilities for an assigned Product client group, managing day-to-day work independently within established policies and practices.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, coaching, and the rollout of People initiatives.
• Execute key People programs—such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent processes—with consistency, accuracy, and strong follow-through.
• Use data, trends, and stakeholder insights to inform recommendations and support manager decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other teams to support effective delivery of People programs and initiatives.
• Support organizational and structural changes by helping implement management best practices and change initiatives within the Product organization.
• Make sound decisions within established guidelines and escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk situations appropriately.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a People Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a technology or high-growth environment.
• Strong grounding in core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
