About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Payments Analyst to join our team at SeedTrust, a U.S.-based escrow fund manager specializing in the surrogacy and egg donation industry. This Payments Analyst remote position offers you the chance to work in a fully remote environment, contributing to a mission that helps families alleviate financial stress associated with the escrow process.

What You'll Do

• Process payments for incoming bills efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure smooth transactions.
• Enter requests into the bill-pay system and assist in credit card payment processing and reconciliation.
• Monitor the shared inbox and correspond with vendors to resolve any inquiries.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets and other spreadsheet software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new software.
