What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the patient access team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification processes.
• Implement and maintain efficient billing and coding practices, including CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Analyze reimbursement trends and develop strategies to optimize revenue cycle management.
• Provide training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate patient information and billing.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Salesforce for data analysis and reporting.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in patient access or revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) and insurance billing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with CPT coding, ICD-10 coding, and reimbursement analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
