Passenger Service Agent - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Passenger Service Agent - Remote Opportunity to join our team at Jet2.com & Jet2Holidays. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. You will work remotely while supporting our operations in Reus, Spain, and contribute to creating memorable travel experiences.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service to passengers, ensuring their needs are met and promoting our brand values.
• Welcome customers at the arrivals area, creating a great first impression and assisting with check-in and boarding processes.
• Provide helpful advice at the sales counter and maintain a presence throughout the customers' stay at the airport.
• Ensure compliance with Jet2.com policies and procedures, maintaining high-quality standards and safe practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, ground operations partners, and flight crew to guarantee the best customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations, such as flight delays.
• Positive attitude and flexibility in working hours.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of airport operations.
• Multilingual abilities.

• Annual salary of €21,094 (prorated) with additional bonuses for transportation, early shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time contract of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours based on operational needs.
