What You'll Do

• Assist in identifying and researching potential partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
• Support outreach and communication with current and prospective partners.
• Help draft partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate logistics and documentation for endorsement deals and collaborations.
• Track partnership performance and assist in reporting results.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment on partnership strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in partnerships and endorsements.
• Engage in other assigned tasks that contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about partnerships and influencer marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in marketing or partnerships.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
