What You'll Do

• Develop, monitor, and evaluate paid social media campaigns and strategies.
• Identify target audiences and understand where and how to reach them.
• Manage paid social budgets, pacing, and tracking to ensure complete delivery while reaching client goals and KPIs.
• Create data-driven insights using client-facing dashboards, paid social platforms, and website data.
• Deliver online and digital reporting to executive management and internal teams regarding budget, campaign performance, and testing results.
• Present performance reports and strategy recommendations to clients as needed.
• Build and maintain an understanding of current topics in Social Media, web analytics, and data management.

Requirements

• A 4-year college degree and 1-3 years of paid social media planning and/or buying experience.
• Experience managing paid campaigns across various social media platforms (Meta, TikTok required; Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit preferred).
• Familiarity with Campaign Manager 360 or comparable ad serving technology.
• A detail-oriented mindset focused on driving results and analyzing data.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work EST hours.
