What You'll Do

• Conduct onboarding audits and quality reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Review plan and corporate documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide proactive client support and communication throughout the onboarding process.
• Assist clients with retirement plan loans and necessary documentation.
• Organize client folders and maintain accurate records for efficient project management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues effectively.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in special projects as needed to enhance client experience.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple projects accurately and efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.
