Organizational Development & Change Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an Organizational Development & Change Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead a comprehensive transformation project across two logistics sites, focusing on enhancing organizational structures and processes.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and guide a significant transformation project at two logistics sites.
• Analyze, develop, and implement new process and organizational structures.
• Professionally support reorganizations, including roles, responsibilities, and interfaces.
• Facilitate workshops with leaders, operational teams, and staff.
• Assist teams in adapting to digitalization and changing workflows.
• Support leaders during change, conflict, and stress situations.
• Develop and implement health-promoting measures within the change process.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Psychology, Business, or Social Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Desirable: additional systemic training in organizational development or change management.
• Several years of experience in internal or external consulting and managing complex change and organizational development processes.
• Solid knowledge of established methods, models, and proven practices in change management.
• Strong advisory skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to structure and convey complex issues clearly.
• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for building new structures.
• Very good English language skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of health and wellness programs in the workplace.
