About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and creative Online Marketing Assistant (remote) to join our team at BeastBI. As an Online Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing activities and driving customer projects independently. This is a freelance position, allowing you to work flexibly while contributing to exciting marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Implement and optimize digital marketing measures to enhance our online presence.
• Create simple creatives and design advertising materials using Canva.
• Conduct customer calls to gather insights and feedback.
• Support in planning and executing paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Create and maintain campaign reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Conduct simple performance analyses and derive initial recommendations for improvement.
• Provide operational support in the daily business of online marketing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Initial experience in online marketing or related fields.
• Strong motivation to advance projects, particularly in the medical sector.
• Generalist mindset with a willingness to learn new topics.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Independent and structured working style with high reliability.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
