QA Engineer (Native Italian) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a QA Engineer (Native Italian) to join our team remotely. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of our AI voice assistant, which helps manage airline disruptions. As a QA Engineer (Native Italian) remote, you will validate the Italian voice quality and monitor AI behavior, ensuring a seamless experience for users.

What You'll Do

• During the development phase, you will listen to AI-generated Italian voice calls and evaluate their natural pronunciation and vocabulary.
• Review test scenarios for realism and run tests to validate expected outcomes.
• In the staging/production phase, monitor AI behavior using observability tools like Langfuse.
• Provide feedback to improve the AI voice assistant's performance in real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the correct workflow is followed.

Requirements

• Native Italian language proficiency is essential.
• Experience with API, backend, and integration testing.
• Understanding of AI voice call processing.
• Upper Intermediate or above proficiency in English.
• Willingness to engage in B2B collaboration on a part-time basis.

• Experience in a similar QA role.
