Onboarding Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We're seeking an Onboarding Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely. As an Onboarding Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience as they integrate our solutions into their operations. What You'll Do

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are set up for success with our SaaS products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate data migration and implementation projects.
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer challenges during the onboarding phase.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate through our platform.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with product features and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support or onboarding role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data migration, and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, preferably Salesforce.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the cannabis retail industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of React, TypeScript, and mobile development.
• Previous experience in technical consulting or client onboarding.
