Onboarding Account Manager - German/Danish/Dutch or Hebrew Speaking
About the Role
We are looking for a German/Danish/Dutch or Hebrew Speaking Onboarding Account Manager to join our international team supporting high-potential Nordic clients in the digital marketing and online advertising ecosystem. As an Onboarding Account Manager remote, you will guide new business clients through their onboarding journey, helping them adopt data-driven advertising tools, optimize campaign performance, and build long-lasting strategic relationships.
What You'll Do
- Advise and onboard new clients while designing high-performing PPC campaigns.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products and drive engagement.
- Understand client goals and offer tailored solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Set up strategic, impactful advertising campaigns to ensure immediate and long-term success.
- Identify upselling opportunities while actively reducing churn.
- Maintain accurate customer records and workflows using CRM platforms.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- C2-level proficiency in German, Danish, Dutch or Hebrew - plus C1 English.
- Multilingual abilities are considered a strong asset.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 20 months of client-facing sales or marketing experience.
- Strong ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and AI-driven support tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Solid understanding of the Nordic market, including cultural dynamics and GDPR regulations.
