What You'll Do

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Perform daily closing operations and manage cash transactions efficiently.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel premises by conducting regular rounds.
• Respond to any technical or security issues that may arise during the night.
• Prepare and set up breakfast offerings and maintain cleanliness in common areas.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and remain proactive during night shifts.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Good organizational skills and adaptability to changing situations.
• Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
