What You'll Do

Requirements
- National Board Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching.
- 2+ years of experience in health coaching or a related field.
- Strong understanding of behavior change theories and motivational interviewing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with virtual coaching platforms and documentation tools.
- Experience in healthcare operations or provider management is a plus.
- Knowledge of chronic condition management and wellness assessments.
Nice to Have
- Certification in Cognitive Behavioral Strategies or similar methodologies.
- Experience with telehealth services and patient care.
