About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Captain for a seasonal position at Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda, a luxury beach club located in the stunning Costa Smeralda region of Sardinia, Italy. As a Boat Captain, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe navigation and providing exceptional service to our guests. What You'll Do

• Safely navigate and operate the vessel along the beautiful Costa Smeralda coastline.
• Assist guests with transfers and provide a welcoming experience during operational movements.
• Perform docking, anchoring, and maneuvering in restricted waters with precision.
• Conduct daily checks and basic maintenance of the vessel to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with the beach operations and management team to facilitate seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maritime regulations at all times.
• Maintain a professional and guest-oriented approach onboard, reflecting Nikki Beach's hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Valid nautical license appropriate for the vessel operated.
• Previous experience as a Boat Captain in coastal or tourism navigation.
• Strong knowledge of navigation and maneuvering techniques.
• High sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
• Professional attitude and a guest-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Personal transportation preferred due to the location.
