About the Role

We're hiring a Motion Designer to join our innovative team at EliseAI, where you'll have the opportunity to shape our visual identity and create engaging motion graphics. This is a Motion Designer remote position that allows you to work flexibly while contributing to impactful projects in the housing and healthcare sectors.

What You'll Do

• Translate brand principles into strategic frameworks for both static and motion design expressions.
• Evolve and expand the brand system to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Conceptualize and produce motion graphics that bring stories and messages to life.
• Develop motion design strategies that enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement.
• Create multimedia narratives tailored to specific audiences and objectives.
• Design a broad range of marketing materials, including digital ads and social media graphics.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between design vision and execution.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional brand and motion design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion and design skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Impeccable execution and care for all aspects of design.
• Confident presentation and storytelling abilities.
