Motion Designer - Remote Opportunity at Gameloft

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our dynamic team at Gameloft. This Motion Designer remote role offers an exciting opportunity to produce high-quality marketing videos that engage and acquire players. You will own the full production workflow from concept to final delivery, capturing compelling gameplay footage and editing videos optimized for multiple platforms.

What You'll Do

• Produce high-quality marketing videos to attract and engage players.
• Manage the entire production process from concept to final delivery.
• Capture compelling gameplay footage from game builds and engines.
• Edit and optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring the best formats and encoding.
• Add polish to videos with sound, music, text, graphics, and motion elements.
• Collaborate on feedback and creative direction while adhering to IP and brand guidelines.
• Track performance and bring trend-led ideas to the table.
• Independently manage the creative process, ensuring timely delivery of final assets.

Requirements

• Creative and innovative mindset with strong artistic taste and attention to detail.
• Expertise in video editing, motion design, and video content creation.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio or demo reel required, showcasing your skills and creativity.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience with Unity/Unreal and 3D tools like Blender/Maya/3ds Max is a plus.
