We are seeking a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician II to join our dynamic team at Omnia360. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while providing essential maintenance services in Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding areas. As a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician II, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Perform general repairs and troubleshooting of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems and circuits.
  • Execute minor HVAC preventive maintenance tasks, including filter replacements.
  • Manage repairs and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
  • Oversee subcontractor activities and building audits.
  • Utilize the CMMS work order system effectively to track maintenance activities.
  • Assist in small project work as needed.
  • Ensure timely service delivery to clients with a focus on quality.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED with five plus years of general maintenance experience.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple sites and projects efficiently.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with CMMS work order systems.
  • Possess personal hand tools and a valid Driver's License with minimal points.
  • Craft License or certificate in HVAC, Carpentry, or Electrical preferred.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
