What You'll Do

• Craft delightful, intuitive interfaces that anticipate user needs across our product suite, including email, forms, checkout, and workflow automation.
• Build AI-powered features that help users accomplish more: smarter writing assistance, auto-generated designs, and intelligent workflows.
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and stability.
• Drive 80%+ test coverage and maintain our scalable component library across products.
• Collaborate with product managers/designers to create seamless UI/UX and delightful interactions while staying current with modern frontend technologies.

Requirements

• Deep skills in TypeScript and React (Hooks, Context).
• Understanding of how React works under the hood (re-rendering, virtual DOM).
• Comfortable with modern build tools (Vite, Turbo) and Monorepos.
• Strong foundation in performance optimization and code-splitting strategies.
• Attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.

Nice To Have

• Experience shipping AI or conversational UI features that improved user outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.).
