Middle Product Manager - Payments Team (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Middle Product Manager for Payments Team to join our dynamic team at GR8 Tech. This remote position is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our innovative B2B iGaming platforms that empower operators to lead in the market. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our product initiatives deliver measurable business impact across the full lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Develop and refine product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Define and communicate product vision while setting and tracking KPIs to measure product performance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify customer pain points and validate solutions.
• Own end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget.
• Lead collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, effectively communicating product strategy and updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior product managers and support team development.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically in a remote product management role.
• Experience in product discovery, planning, and specification.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to define KPIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with task-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.

• Knowledge of software architecture and product design principles.
• Ability to work with data effectively.
