Middle Account Manager - Turkish Language Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Middle Account Manager - Turkish Language Remote to join our dynamic team at GR8 Tech. As a Middle Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and growing our clients by ensuring smooth operations and effective product usage. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while contributing to the success of our iGaming platform.

What You'll Do

• Own business and operational support for an assigned client portfolio, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Develop existing and new clients into long-term partnerships, enhancing client satisfaction.
• Support the onboarding of newly signed clients and help them adopt GR8 Tech products effectively.
• Analyze client performance and product usage, preparing reports and performance summaries to optimize ROI.
• Present product updates and collect client feedback to share with product and development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including affiliates, customer service, and development, to upsell and cross-sell products.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in account management, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Fluent in Turkish and advanced English, with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic experience with CRM and BI tools.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience with SDLC and task management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Basic technical understanding of web services.
• Experience in commercial discussions or entry-level negotiation.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is a bonus.
