About the Role
Scion Staffing is seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Sourcer to join our client, a fast-growing AI technology company based in San Francisco, CA. This Talent Sourcer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to build high-impact go-to-market teams in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent across various roles including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Leverage creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies that extend beyond LinkedIn, utilizing referrals, industry communities, competitive intelligence, and niche networks.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of both passive and active candidates to support immediate hiring needs and future growth.
- Craft personalized outreach that resonates with high-performing professionals, ensuring a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience.
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the initial outreach and early interview stages.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience recruiting within technology environments.
- Strong command of sourcing methodologies including Boolean search, market mapping, competitive research, and niche talent sourcing.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to high-growth startups, particularly within AI, APIs, or B2B SaaS.
