About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior Systems Engineer / Architect with TS/SCI clearance to join our team. This role is crucial for developing systems and products that meet the needs of our clients in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. As a Systems Engineer / Architect, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement systems based on a total systems perspective, ensuring quality and performance.
  • Consult, analyze, design, and maintain systems while managing multiple technical disciplines.
  • Drive the relationship between technical solutions and customer business needs.
  • Analyze and document customer requirements and functionality.
  • Perform system-level design trade analysis and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
  • Monitor system capacity and performance, providing technical assistance and support.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide recommendations for complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or architecture.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory; willingness to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple technical disciplines and emerging technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM).
  • Familiarity with Cyber and Network Security.
  • Project Management experience.
