About the Role
We are seeking a talented Solution Architect WAN remote to join our innovative team at Continental Tires. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and optimizing secure, high-performance network services that connect our global operations and enable seamless hybrid cloud experiences.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement SD-WAN connectivity across data centers, branch offices, and cloud platforms.
- Configure and manage edge devices, cloud gateways, and orchestrators for seamless hybrid operations.
- Define and enforce routing, segmentation, and security policies across global environments.
- Automate provisioning and configuration using network automation tool stacks.
- Develop Shadow WAN solutions for smaller locations.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering or a related role, focusing on SD-WAN and cloud connectivity.
- CCNP certification is mandatory; CCIE certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of network technologies and protocols.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex network architectures.
- Hands-on experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Python).
- Knowledge of cloud networking (Azure, AWS) and security best practices.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and drive innovative solutions.
