Mid-Senior Penetration Tester - Active Directory & OT Security (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Senior Penetration Tester to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. This remote position focuses on Active Directory, Windows, and OT Security, allowing you to work from anywhere in Germany. As a Penetration Tester, you will play a crucial role in identifying vulnerabilities and enhancing the security posture of our clients, particularly in critical infrastructure sectors.

What You'll Do

• Conduct penetration testing on Active Directory, Windows, and OT environments to identify security weaknesses.
• Develop exploits and proof of concepts to demonstrate vulnerabilities effectively.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentation materials detailing findings and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to share knowledge and enhance your skills in offensive security.
• Automate work steps in security audits and contribute to the development of security solutions.
• Engage in fuzzing activities to uncover new vulnerabilities and improve testing methodologies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a penetration tester with a focus on Active Directory, Windows, and OT security.
• Relevant industry certifications such as OSCP or CRTO.
• Strong communication skills in German (C1 level) and fluent English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM or MINT-related field.
• Experience in preparing risk assessments and security audit reports.

• Familiarity with automation tools for security testing.
• Experience in working with critical infrastructure clients.
• Additional cybersecurity certifications.
