Mid-Senior Machine Learning Scientist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Scientist to join our team at Manychat. This remote position offers you the opportunity to work with a diverse team of over 350 professionals across three continents, contributing to our mission of enhancing conversations through automation. As a Machine Learning Scientist, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative ML products that help creators engage better with their audiences.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the development of Machine Learning and AI products, collaborating closely with product teams.
• Support testing and monitoring strategies for ML/AI outputs to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Work with the Data Platform team to enhance model deployment, monitoring, validation, and governance processes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented ML code and pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Scientist or equivalent role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying ML models throughout the product lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS and Snowflake preferred).
• Practical experience with model testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with generative AI and LLM models, including prompt engineering and RAG applications, is preferred.
