Mid-Senior JavaScript/​TypeScript Engineer for AI Data Training - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented JavaScript/TypeScript Engineer for AI Data Training to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to review and generate AI-generated code, ensuring that the outputs are accurate, logical, and well-explained. What You'll Do

• Review complex AI-generated code and explanations, providing expert feedback to enhance model performance.
• Evaluate the reasoning quality and problem-solving steps of AI outputs, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Write high-quality explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct methodologies.
• Assess solutions for adherence to prompts, identifying errors in methodology or conceptual understanding.
• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and responses across various topics.
• Optimize AI performance by evaluating and ranking AI responses for accuracy and contextual relevance.
• Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall quality of AI training data.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a JavaScript/TypeScript Engineer in production environments.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript concepts such as closures, async/await, and prototype-based inheritance.
• Proficiency in modern Vanilla JavaScript (ES6/ES2015+) and experience with at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Hands-on experience in software engineering, including code review and mentoring.
• Familiarity with LLMs or AI coding assistants and a critical mindset for validating their outputs.
• Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise technical explanations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and a detail-oriented working style.

Nice to Have

• Contributions or merged PRs in JavaScript or TypeScript open-source projects.
• Familiarity with bundlers and tooling (Webpack, Vite, Rollup).
• Experience with frontend-backend integration and Node.js runtime behavior.
• Experience evaluating frontend logic, async patterns, and state management.
