Mid-Senior Java Developer - AI-Driven Development

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Java Developer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Java Developer remote, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our AI-driven development initiatives. This position offers real technical ownership and the opportunity to work on innovative web applications and internal systems.

What You'll Do

• Enhance and maintain a web application used to monitor and manage complex systems.
• Support existing application environments, including AWS.
• Develop and improve interfaces with devices and technologies.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure systems run smoothly.
• Contribute to the configuration and deployment of robust Java applications.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience delivering complex Java systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude) in daily development.
• Strong Java skills, including threading, JDBC, sockets, HTTP/S, EJB, and JPA.
• Experience with client-side JavaScript and SQL.
• Familiarity with application servers such as WildFly and deploying Java applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI-driven development environments.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
