Mid-Senior Endpoint Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We're hiring a Mid-Senior Endpoint Engineer to join our Cloud & Digital Workplace Services team at ProAmpac. This is a 100% remote position where you will have the opportunity to manage and optimize endpoint environments across multiple platforms. As an Endpoint Engineer, you will be responsible for Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and mobile device management across iOS, iPadOS, and Android. This role is not a helpdesk position; instead, you will be hands-on, driving significant improvements in our manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary Intune administrator across Windows, iOS, iPadOS, and Android, managing MDM/MAM policies and application deployment.
• Design and maintain Autopilot deployment profiles for zero-touch workstation provisioning.
• Administer mobile device management for corporate and BYOD devices, ensuring compliance and security.
• Manage SOTI MobiControl for plant-floor mobility, overseeing rugged Android handhelds and RF scanners.
• Administer Jamf Pro for macOS devices, providing support and maintaining compliance.
• Deploy and maintain endpoint security configurations across managed devices.
• Participate in the Endpoint Engineering on-call rotation, providing Tier 2/3 escalation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless device management and support.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of enterprise endpoint engineering or systems administration experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, including MDM/MAM policy design and application deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and troubleshooting enrollment flows.
• Experience managing iOS/iPadOS and Android devices in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Preferred: Microsoft MD-102 certification or working towards it.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jamf Pro for macOS management.
• Experience with SOTI MobiControl or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site industrial environments.
