Mid-Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote Opportunities Available

About the Role

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at Slushtech Solutions. This DevOps Engineer remote position offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to innovative projects in a fast-growing technology company. You will play a crucial role in automating infrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, and supporting cloud operations.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth and efficient releases.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for high availability.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring tools and practices.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
