About the Role

Join our team as a Mid-Senior DevOps Engineer to work in a hybrid model in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area. This DevOps Engineer remote role offers the opportunity to advocate for best practices in the software development lifecycle while taking ownership of cloud infrastructure and observability.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with Backend, Frontend, QA, and Data Science teams to support their infrastructure needs and optimize deployment workflows.
  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment, testing, and release processes.
  • Implement observability best practices and set up monitoring and alerting systems using Datadog.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and postmortems for incident management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.).
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • MLOps experience.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust solutions.
