Mid-Senior Backend API Developer (C# and .NET Core) - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Mid-Senior Backend API Developer (C# and .NET Core) to join our team remotely. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs. Your expertise in C# and .NET Core will be crucial in ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of our applications.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust back-end services and REST APIs using C# and .NET Core.
• Implement MVC and microservices architectures to enhance application performance.
• Ensure API performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with internal API developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Apply best practices in data structures using C# to optimize application performance.
• Integrate back-end systems with Oracle Fusion, OIC, and other enterprise platforms as applicable.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support iterative development and delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in back-end application development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#.NET, and RESTful API development.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and database design.
• Experience with enterprise integration and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with database performance tuning and secure data handling.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Developer or AWS Developer Associate.
