What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a team that is eager to learn and grow.
- Coach and develop your team, emphasizing continual learning and skill-gap improvement.
- Develop scalable processes that ensure consistent execution across the team.
- Monitor sales pipeline and forecasts, adapting strategies to changing market conditions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading a team of Account Executives with a proven track record in Mid-Market sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear manner.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
