What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a team that is eager to learn and grow.
• Coach and develop your team, emphasizing continual learning and skill-gap improvement.
• Develop scalable processes that ensure consistent execution across the team.
• Monitor sales pipeline and forecasts, adapting strategies to changing market conditions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading a team of Account Executives with a proven track record in Mid-Market sales.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear manner.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
