Mid-Level Zoho Developer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Zoho Developer remote to join our dynamic team at Sterlington PLLC. As a full-service law firm, we focus on complex corporate, litigation, executive compensation, and private wealth matters. This role is crucial as we enhance our business processes using Zoho One modules.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end customization, configuration, and administration of Zoho One applications.
• Support integrations, data processing, and build backend logic across systems.
• Design and implement scalable workflows, systems, and architecture to automate processes and optimize business operations across legal, finance, and internal teams.
• Build and maintain Zoho Creator/Deluge custom applications to automate complex processes and enhance system functionality in alignment with business needs.
• Own system integrations between Zoho and internal/external platforms (APIs, third-party tools, databases).
• Partner with stakeholders across the firm to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and user queries, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including workflows, integrations, and system architecture.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Zoho Developer / Zoho One Specialist in a complex, multi-module environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Deluge scripting and workflow automation, with working knowledge of Python (or similar scripting language).
• Hands-on experience with Zoho One suite implementation, customization, and administration, including building custom applications from scratch in Zoho Creator.
• Solid understanding of business process mapping and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (legal, finance, or professional services is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong ownership and accountability as an independent contractor.
