Mid-Level Web Developer & Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web Developer & Analyst remote to join our team at Bionic Talent. As a Web Developer & Analyst, you will play a crucial role in building and optimizing high-performing, lead-generating websites for our clients. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to exciting projects for a US-based digital marketing agency.

What You'll Do

• Build, launch, and optimize high-converting websites and landing pages end-to-end.
• Implement technical SEO strategies, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Set up and validate tracking and analytics using GA4, GTM, pixels, and call tracking.
• Manage CRM and automation integrations, form routing, site migrations, and clean deployments.
• Run QA checks to ensure sites launch correctly and perform optimally.
• Continuously analyze site performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and technical tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web development with a focus on WordPress custom builds and modern front-end development.
• Proficient in page builders such as Breakdance and Elementor, with a strong background in CRO optimization.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, site speed, and structured site architecture.
• Experience in analytics setup, tracking validation, and integrations.
• Familiarity with CRM and automation tool connections and form workflows.
• Fast, proactive, execution-focused mindset, suggesting improvements and owning delivery.
• Comfortable using AI tools to streamline work and boost productivity.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Familiarity with the home service industry.
