Mid-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an impact-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech) remote with hands-on experience in recruiting tech professionals, including a dedicated focus on specialized Security roles. This pivotal team member role is integral to our success, and your expertise in identifying and securing exceptional candidates will be a key factor in our continued growth and development.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the hiring process by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified candidates for the Tech department.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
• Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure successful hires.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for Technical positions.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in recruiting for specialized Security roles.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of the tech industry trends.
