We are looking for a passionate Mid-Level Software Engineer - React/React Native remote to join our dynamic team at Bizimply. What You'll Do
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, ensuring a responsive design.
- Develop experiments into the interface to capture user actions effectively.
- Conduct layout UX adjustments based on user actions captured in production.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Deliver high-quality peer-reviewed code that adheres to best practices.
- Review code written by teammates and participate in technical decision-making.
- Mentor junior developers in best practices and foster a collaborative environment.
- Keep up to date with developments within the Front End technology stack and recommend improvements to Bizimply’s architecture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with React and/or React Native in a production environment.
- BS/BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to turn customer problems into effective solutions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience migrating from jQuery/Bootstrap to modern front-end technologies.
- Proficiency in writing mobile and frontend automated tests.
- Knowledge of Ruby on Rails or other backend technologies.
- Familiarity with Kotlin and Swift.
