About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manual QA Tester with expertise in Adobe AEM, CJA, and AJO to join our team remotely. As a Manual QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our customer journey analytics tools. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to high-quality software delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Design, plan, and execute detailed test cases and scripts for AEM, CJA, and AJO workflows.
  • Validate end-to-end customer journeys across multiple channels including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, and web.
  • Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing for journey configurations and analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and business teams in Agile/Scrum setups.
  • Manage and track test cases using tools like qTest or similar.
  • Perform manual API testing using Postman and validate backend data in MongoDB.
  • Create and test pages/forms on AEM author, verify submissions, and ensure content paths are accurate.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on QA experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Practical experience testing or validating Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Good understanding of test principles, including regression, sanity, and smoke testing.
  • Experience testing APIs, microservices, and working with datasets or schemas.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain QA processes and test logic clearly.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts.
  • Basic understanding of journey triggering or workflow validation within Adobe tools.
