Mid-Level HTML5 Banner /​ Front-End Creative Developer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented HTML5 Banner / Front-End Creative Developer to join our dynamic team at VySystems. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects while contributing to the development of engaging digital campaigns. As a Front-End Creative Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality HTML5 banners, responsive email templates, and lightweight campaign microsites. Your strong attention to detail and adherence to design specifications will be crucial in delivering pixel-perfect assets for various digital channels.

What You'll Do

• Develop HTML5 animated banners for standard IAB sizes and custom ad formats across display and programmatic platforms.
• Build responsive email templates from Figma designs for deployment in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create 1–3 page campaign microsites from Figma/XD with responsive layouts, animations, form integrations, and tracking implementation.
• Implement lightweight animations for banners and microsite hero sections using JavaScript/GSAP or equivalent tools.
• Update and resize existing campaign assets while maintaining brand consistency and version control.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of strong production/agency experience in front-end development.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiar with Adobe Animate, Google Web Designer, and GSAP.
• Experience in building responsive microsites with animations, forms, and analytics integration (GTM, GA4).
• Strong hands-on experience converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS/JS outputs.
• Ability to integrate third-party tools such as embedded forms (Marketo or similar) and handle UTM parameters and redirects.

Nice to Have

• Experience in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack, Litmus, or Email on Acid.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows including versioning, tagging, and documentation.
