About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Mid-Level Graphic Apparel Designer remote at Fresh Prints. As a dynamic and innovative company specializing in custom apparel and merchandise, we are looking for a talented designer to join our creative team. This role supports daily design development for licensed apparel and accessories while collaborating closely with our U.S. team in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What You'll Do

• Support design development for licensed apparel and accessories, contributing to Men’s, Women’s, and Accessories programs.
• Collaborate with a U.S. team during EST hours to ensure timely project delivery.
• Demonstrate strong English communication skills in all interactions.
• Maintain a high level of ownership in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and creativity in all designs.
• Submit an online portfolio showcasing your graphic design work, particularly in apparel.
• Utilize expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create engaging designs.
• Attend live design reviews and meetings, providing input and receiving feedback.
• Work from feedback and markups to refine designs and meet project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience, particularly in apparel.
• Strong understanding of Western retail aesthetics and trends.
• Online portfolio demonstrating commercial product design.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional work-from-home setup.
• Strong digital illustration and typography skills.
• Experience designing for U.S. retail brands is preferred.
