About the Role

We are seeking a talented Microsoft Systems Administrator III to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This Microsoft Systems Administrator III remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, including states like California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, and Washington D.C. With a focus on providing exceptional IT support and system administration, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and performance of our enterprise systems.

What You'll Do

  • Administer Windows Server and Azure PaaS systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide first and second level support for enterprise systems, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems and support project initiatives.
  • Monitor systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, enhancing system stability and availability.
  • Assist in the installation, upgrade, or decommissioning of designated systems and infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Participate in performance tuning and optimization activities to ensure efficient system operations.
  • Support vendor activities and communications with product users to prioritize customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or operations, with a focus on application support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience with low-code and pro-code development, including JavaScript apps with REST backends.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and generative AI technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with neural networks and deep learning fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data sources.
  • Previous experience in a fully remote work setting.
