About the Role
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tier 2 Customer Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do
- Provide Tier 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to align with client requirements.
- Utilize your expertise in ITIL and ServiceNow to enhance service delivery and support processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions effectively.
- Conduct data analysis and statistical analysis to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Assist in the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other platforms, including Azure and Power Platform.
- Document processes and create user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or technical support roles, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft environments, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure Active Directory for cloud administration.
- Experience with SQL, API development, and data analytics tools like Power BI.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Health Informatics or Business Central.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in customer service.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD processes.
