About the Role

We are seeking a Member of Trading Operations to join our dynamic team at Anchorage Digital. This remote position is pivotal in supporting our clients' daily trading activities, ensuring seamless operations in the fast-paced world of digital assets. As a Member of Trading Operations, you will play a crucial role in the post-trade life-cycle of various digital assets, ensuring timely settlements and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies.

What You'll Do

• Support daily trading operations, ensuring all settlement requests are managed efficiently and within agreed SLAs.
• Utilize blockchain explorers and trading platforms to reconcile activities of different digital assets across internal and external systems.
• Monitor progress towards established KPIs for trade operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to streamline trading, settlement, and risk operations workflows.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic support to clients regarding their trading strategies and operational needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in trading operations, particularly in supporting institutional clients with both traditional and crypto assets.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and financial operations.
• Proficient in using tools such as Python and SQL for data analysis and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility in managing complex tasks and competing demands.
