Digital Transformation Consultant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative IT solutions that drive our clients' business growth. As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will communicate effectively with business stakeholders, build trust, and guide clients through the digital transformation and AI processes. This position is not just about knowing technology; it’s about being a trusted advisor who can connect business maturity with impactful solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage comprehensive analytical and project work related to Product Design.
• Design IT solutions focused on delivering real business value to clients.
• Conduct Discovery processes based on best practices.
• Define strategies for the development of consulting services in Product Design.
• Oversee project results, ensuring consistency in recommendations and reports.
• Provide business consulting to deliver solutions tailored to client needs, considering factors such as budget and time.
• Identify risks and opportunities (both technical and business-related) and escalate them effectively to clients.
• Support the company’s sales efforts by consulting and presenting technological capabilities directly to clients.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, Architects, Business Analysts, and Usability Designers.
• Mentor and oversee the BA/UX/BI team within projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, including 5 years in BA/UX/Product Design.
• Advanced knowledge and skills in digital product design, business analysis, and UI/UX.
• Experience in process optimization and implementing AI strategies in organizations.
• Ability to solve complex business problems using various methods and approaches (e.g., ROI, SWOT, stakeholder analysis, design thinking).
• Skills in planning and facilitating strategic, scoping, and ideation workshops.
• Experience conducting research processes with clients (goal formulation, method selection, tool choice, result analysis).
• Ability to constructively analyze existing approaches and recommend alternatives.
• Knowledge of business operations, including organizational structures, corporate finance, and business processes.
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate with clients, supported by knowledge of business models and formal aspects of client collaboration.
• Experience coordinating teams of specialists using RACI or DACI responsibility matrices.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean) and basic technical knowledge of software development processes.
• Fluency in English at a minimum C1 level.
• Willingness to travel abroad for business (minimum 4 days/month).
