Anchorage Digital is seeking a highly skilled Member of People Operations, Payroll to join our team. What You'll Do

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of international payroll projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
  • Utilize HRIS/payroll systems like Dayforce or Workday to optimize payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex payroll discrepancies and compliance challenges independently.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Legal to enhance payroll strategies and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, articulating complex payroll information clearly and professionally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in international payroll processing, particularly in Portugal.
  • Demonstrated experience managing payroll for international entities, especially in Singapore.
  • Proficiency with enterprise-level HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional payroll tax laws and benefits administration.

Nice to Have

  • Relevant payroll certification (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional).
  • Experience with global equity compensation administration.
