About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, highly organized, and creative Member of Marketing Events to join our team and help execute our global event strategy. As a Member of Marketing Events remote, you will assist the event marketing team with end-to-end planning and execution of industry conferences, executive dinners, hosted experiences, and bespoke institutional events that drive pipeline and foster relationships within key target markets on behalf of Anchorage Digital, the most trusted company in institutional crypto.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring alignment with marketing and business goals.
  • Build structured event plans that clearly define objectives, audiences, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Manage external vendors and venues, including AV, production, catering, and staffing partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Perform post-event analysis to assess attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of field marketing efforts.
  • Review contracts and negotiate scopes of work with vendors.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making capabilities to inform future event strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing third-party events from strategy through execution.
  • Hands-on experience with venue sourcing, contract coordination, and vendor management.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing tight deadlines.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years experience in event marketing within the crypto, finance, or FinTech industries.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Luma, or other event marketing tools.
  • A passion for the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system.
